NAOSS Senate Arm Commemorates with Christians to Celebrate Christmas, Wishing Ondo State Students a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year in Advance

As the Senate President of the National Association of Ondo State Students (NAOSS), I, Dist. Sen. Ayomide Rufus, want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to each and every one of you for your hard work, dedication, and resilience throughout the year.

As we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, I am reminded of the values of love, kindness, and compassion that this season embodies. I encourage you all to spread love, kindness, and joy to those around you, and to remember that we are all part of a larger community that is working together to make Ondo State a better place for all.

I also want to acknowledge the efforts of our governor, Gov. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, who has shown commitment to prioritizing the education sector and ensuring the welfare of students and youths in Ondo State.¹ We appreciate his approval of bursary and scholarship payments for tertiary students, which has alleviated financial burdens and promoted higher education in the state.

As we look forward to the new year, I urge you all to remain focused, determined, and committed to your academic pursuits. Remember that you are the future leaders of our great state, and that your hard work and dedication will pay off in the long run.

Once again, I wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year. May this season bring you joy, peace, and happiness, and may the coming year be filled with success, prosperity, and fulfillment.

Thank you for being part of the NAOSS family, and I look forward to working with you all in the new year.

Warmest wishes,
Dist. Sen. Ayomide Rufus
Senate President, NAOSS
